Upon order, we'll have an onboarding video call to work out your marketing automation needs, and outline the project process.
Basic setup of selected marketing automation system
Once a suitable marketing automation system has been selected and purchased by you, we'll make a basic configuration that includes website tracking code, email configuration and other basic settings needed to get a marketing automation system operational.
Regular "newsletter" nurturing sequence
An automated nurturing sequence that drips out trust-building emails once or twice a month for a few months, after a new lead has registered in a form on the website.
A context-specific nurturing sequence that drips out a few follow-up emails, that relate to an action the lead has taken.
RSS driven blog or news notification emails
If you publish new content regularly, it might be aggregated into an RSS news feed (this is the case with most blogging platforms, for example - WordPress included). A notification email can be sent to your leads database weekly or monthly to highlight the latest blog posts since the last such email was sent.
Integration of online calendar in sales funnels
Integrate an online booking calender in your sales funnel, such that your potential customers can pick a suitable time for a call themselves. With automatic synchronization to your personal Microsoft Office or Google calendars, you can remove the endless back-and-forth negotiations of a time slot that works for both parties.

We will configure automated logic that will update the lifecycle stage of each lead automatically, based on certain engagement factors. With proper lifecycle stage management, you can measure your lead flow health and target each lead with the right content.
Lead score calculation
If your marketing automation system supports it, you can let it estimate how sales-ready different leads are, using a lead scoring formula. With a lead score estimate for each lead, you can prioritize manual sales follow-up, or trigger automated nurturing logic at different threshold levels.
Tripwire - a pageview triggers an email sequence
Let certain actions -.like the 2nd visit to the pricing page - trigger automated follow-up logic, such as a sequence of related nurturing emails.

- Price does not include the required software subscriptions/licenses – these have to be purchased by the customer directly.
